The challenge
An electric fleet adds a constraint that ordinary ride-hailing ignores: a driver may not have enough charge for a long trip. Electro Taxi needed matching that considers distance and battery, plus visibility of the whole fleet for the operations team.
What we built
We built rider and driver apps and a dispatch service on Vega Mobility. Drivers report charge level, and dispatch only offers trips a vehicle can complete. The operations dashboard shows live vehicle positions, trip status and charging needs.
