The challenge
Bookinn24 offers more than street taxis: airport transfers, rides between cities and drivers hired by the hour or the day. Riders needed to book any of these from one app and see the fare first, and the captains needed their own tool for taking requests and keeping track of shifts and earnings.
What we built
We designed and built two iOS and Android apps. The rider app signs in with a phone number, shows car types with their fare before booking, searches for the nearest driver and tracks the trip on the map, with separate flows for airport, intercity, hourly and daily trips. The captain app shows requests on a map with distance and time, keeps a trip log by status, starts each shift with an odometer reading and produces a bill for every trip.
