ERP Systems

One ERP system for your whole company

We build custom ERP systems for companies in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Türkiye and Syria: finance, inventory, purchasing, sales, HR and reporting in one bilingual system you own.

Custom ERP System Development

An ERP system (enterprise resource planning) brings a company's core operations into one place: accounts, stock, purchasing, sales, invoicing, staff and reports. Many companies in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Türkiye and Syria run these on separate programs and spreadsheets, so the warehouse, the sales team and finance each see different numbers. Vega SDS is a software company with offices in Istanbul and Sharjah that builds custom ERP systems around how each company actually works, in Arabic and English.

We start with your processes, not with a ready-made template. We map how a purchase request becomes an order, how stock moves between warehouses and branches, how an invoice reaches the accounts, and who approves what. Then we build the modules you need on Laravel, MySQL and Nuxt or Inertia.js, with roles and permissions, audit logs and approval workflows designed in from day one. The system can run on the cloud or on your own servers, works in the browser on any device, and can have a mobile app for staff in the field or the warehouse.

Moving to a new ERP is mostly a data and people problem. We migrate your data from spreadsheets and older systems in rehearsed steps, connect the ERP to the tools you keep using, and train each team on the screens they will use. Multiple branches and currencies, e-invoicing readiness and structured tax data are part of the design when your business needs them. The modules on this page are highlights only; we build what your operation requires, and our work is managed under ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. At handover you receive the full source code and documentation.

What you get

The same numbers for every team

Stock, sales, purchases and accounts update each other, so the warehouse, sales and finance work from one set of figures.

Fewer spreadsheets and re-entry

Data is entered once and flows to every module that needs it, and routine reports are produced by the system.

Clear approvals and control

Each role and branch sees what it should, approvals follow fixed steps, and audit logs show who changed what and when.

An ERP you own

No per-user licences on your core system. You own the code and can add modules, branches and integrations when you need them.

Everything included in ERP Systems

Finance and accounting

Chart of accounts, journal entries, receivables and payables, cost centres and financial statements, fed automatically by sales, purchasing and payroll.

Inventory and warehouses

Stock levels per item, warehouse and branch, transfers, stock counts, reorder alerts and full movement history for every item.

Purchasing and suppliers

Purchase requests, approvals, purchase orders, goods receipt and supplier invoices, with a record of every supplier and what they delivered.

Sales and invoicing

Quotations, sales orders, invoices, returns and customer statements, structured to be ready for e-invoicing requirements where they apply.

HR and payroll

Employee records, attendance, leave requests, allowances and deductions, and monthly payroll that posts straight to the accounts.

Projects and CRM

Project tasks, milestones and costs alongside customer records, leads and follow-ups, so sales and delivery share one view of each client.

Roles, approvals and dashboards

Permissions per role and branch, multi-step approvals, audit logs, and live dashboards and exportable reports for management.

Integration, migration and more

Connections to your existing tools, data migration from spreadsheets and old systems, a mobile app for staff, and any module your business needs beyond these highlights.

How we run it

  1. 01

    Discovery and process mapping

Workshops with finance, warehouse, sales and HR. We document each process, the data you hold today and the tools to integrate, and agree on the modules for the first release.

  2. 02

    System and screen design

Data model, chart of accounts structure, permission matrix and hosting plan, with clickable Figma prototypes of the key screens in Arabic and English.

  3. 03

    Module-by-module development

Short sprints, each ending with a working build on staging. Core modules come first, so your team can review real screens early.

  4. 04

    Data migration and testing

We clean and import opening balances, items, customers, suppliers and employees in rehearsal runs, and test every process and permission before go-live.

  5. 05

    Go-live and training

Production launch, training for each department on its own screens, and a close follow-up period while the team settles into the new system.

  6. 06

    Support and new modules

Monitoring, security updates, backups and new modules or branches as the company grows, under a monthly support plan.

How long does it take to build a custom ERP system?

It depends on the modules, branches, integrations and the data to migrate. Larger ERP systems are delivered in stages: core modules such as accounting, inventory and sales go live first, and the others follow while your team is already using the system. We agree the timeline with you in writing after a short discovery, with clear milestones, so you know what is delivered and when before work starts.

Should I choose a custom ERP or a ready-made one like Odoo or SAP?

Ready-made ERP products suit companies whose processes match their standard modules. A custom ERP makes sense when your workflows, approvals or reports are specific to your business, when you need full Arabic and English screens, or when you want to own the system without per-user licences. In discovery we help you judge which path fits, and we can also build custom modules that connect to a system you already use.

Can you move our data from Excel or our old system?

Yes. We map your existing spreadsheets or database to the new structure, clean duplicates and gaps, and import items, customers, suppliers, employees and opening balances in rehearsal runs before go-live, so you can check the figures before the switch.

Can the ERP connect to the tools we already use?

Yes. We connect the ERP to your online store, payment gateways, accounting software, SMS and WhatsApp providers, shipping companies and other systems through documented APIs, so data moves between them without re-entry.

Does the system work in Arabic, across branches and on mobile?

Yes. Screens, invoices, reports and notifications work in Arabic and English with proper right-to-left layouts. The system can handle multiple branches and currencies with permissions per branch, runs in the browser on phones and tablets, and can have a Flutter mobile app for field and warehouse staff.

Who owns the ERP source code?

You do. For custom projects, full ownership of the source code transfers to you on final payment, together with repository access, deployment documentation and access to every service we set up for you. The system can be hosted on the cloud or on your own servers.

What support do you provide after go-live?

Every project includes a post-launch warranty period for fixing defects. After that, most clients move to a monthly support plan covering monitoring, security updates, backups and hours for improvements and new modules. The team that built your ERP is the team that maintains it.
