Enterprise Software

Software that runs your business

We design and build the internal systems, portals and platforms your teams depend on every day, from ERP-style back offices to multi-tenant SaaS.

Enterprise Software Development

Enterprise software is the system your operation actually runs on: the back office that tracks inventory and orders, the portal your agents use to manage listings, the dashboard where finance reconciles payments, the workflow that routes an approval to the right manager. Off-the-shelf tools cover the generic parts. The parts that make your business different usually end up in spreadsheets, email threads and manual workarounds. We build software for those parts, shaped around how your teams already work and how you plan to grow.

Every engagement starts with the process, not the screens. We map who does what, which data each role needs, where approvals happen and which systems have to stay in sync, then design a modular architecture around it. Most of our enterprise builds use Laravel for the domain layer and APIs, MySQL for transactional data, and Nuxt or Inertia.js for the admin and staff interfaces, deployed on AWS behind Cloudflare. Roles and permissions, audit logs, background jobs and integrations with payment gateways, accounting tools and messaging services are part of the design from day one, not added after launch.

We run five SaaS platforms of our own, covering education, e-commerce, real estate, mobility and donations, so multi-tenancy, data isolation, per-client configuration and zero-downtime releases are problems we solve in production every week. Our quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2015: every feature goes through code review in GitLab, automated and manual testing, and staging sign-off before it reaches your users. Interfaces are built bilingual from the start, with proper right-to-left layouts for Arabic. At handover you receive the full source code, deployment documentation and admin training, and the option to keep us on for support.

What you get

One source of truth

Orders, customers, stock and finances live in one system, so every team works from the same numbers.

Less manual work

Repetitive data entry, follow-ups and report compilation are automated, freeing staff for work that needs judgement.

Control and accountability

Granular permissions and audit logs show who changed what and when, which matters for compliance and for trust between teams.

A system you own

No per-seat licensing for your core operations. You own the code and can extend it as the business changes.

Everything included in Enterprise Software

Custom ERP and back-office systems

Inventory, purchasing, orders, invoicing and reporting in one system that matches your workflow instead of forcing you into a generic one.

CRM and sales pipelines

Lead capture, follow-up tasks, deal stages and customer history, connected to WhatsApp, email and your website forms.

Staff, partner and customer portals

Role-based portals where each user sees only what they need, with granular permissions, audit trails and secure document sharing.

Multi-tenant SaaS platforms

Subscription products with tenant isolation, per-client branding and configuration, billing and a central super-admin, built on the patterns we run in our own platforms.

Workflow and approval automation

Replace spreadsheets and email chains with structured requests, multi-step approvals, notifications and scheduled jobs.

Systems integration and APIs

Connect payment gateways, accounting software, SMS and WhatsApp providers, shipping carriers and legacy databases through documented APIs.

Reporting and operational dashboards

Live dashboards and exportable reports built on your own data, so managers stop waiting for someone to compile numbers by hand.

Legacy system modernisation

Rebuild aging systems in stages, migrating data safely and keeping the business running while the new platform takes over.

How we run it

  1. 01

    Discovery and process mapping

Workshops with the people who will use the system. We document roles, workflows, data entities and integrations, and agree on what the first release must include.

  2. 02

    Architecture and UX design

Data model, module boundaries, permission matrix and hosting plan, alongside clickable Figma prototypes of the key screens in Arabic and English.

  3. 03

    Iterative development

Short sprints with a working build on staging at the end of each one. You review real features, not slide decks, and priorities can shift as you learn.

  4. 04

    Testing and data migration

Functional, permission and load testing, plus rehearsed migration of your existing data so cut-over day holds no surprises.

  5. 05

    Launch and training

Production deployment, monitoring setup, admin and staff training, and a hypercare period where we fix issues fast while usage ramps up.

  6. 06

    Support and evolution

Security updates, performance tuning and new modules as your operation grows, under a support agreement or a dedicated team.

Contact
How much does custom enterprise software cost?

It depends on the number of modules and user roles, the complexity of workflows and approvals, how many external systems need integrating, data migration effort, and whether you need web only or mobile apps too. After a short discovery phase we give you a fixed quote for a defined scope, or a monthly rate if you prefer a dedicated team.

How long does it take to build?

It depends on the number of modules, roles, workflows and integrations. Larger platforms are delivered in stages, so your team starts using the core modules early while we build the rest. We agree the timeline with you in writing after a short discovery, with clear milestones, so you know what is delivered and when before work starts.

Who owns the source code?

You do. For custom projects, full ownership of the source code and project assets transfers to you on final payment, along with repository access, deployment documentation and credentials for every service we set up on your behalf.

Can the system work fully in Arabic?

Yes. We build bilingual interfaces with proper right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography, Hijri and Gregorian dates where needed, and Arabic content in reports, PDFs, emails and notifications. Additional languages such as Turkish can be added through the same translation layer.

Where is the system hosted?

Usually on AWS behind Cloudflare, in the region closest to your users, including Middle East regions when data residency matters. We can deploy to your own cloud account or servers instead, and we set up backups, monitoring and SSL either way.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a post-launch warranty period for fixing defects. After that, most clients move to a monthly support agreement covering monitoring, security updates, backups and a set number of hours for improvements. You can also take the system in-house; we provide the documentation and handover sessions to make that work.
