The challenge
Off-plan projects come with changing payment plans, handover dates and unit availability, and brochures go out of date quickly. Number One Property needed a site that its sales team could keep current without waiting on a designer.
What we built
We built a project-centred site on Vega Real Estate where each development has its own page with unit types, payment plan tables, handover date and downloadable material. Sales staff update availability from the dashboard, and enquiries are tagged by project for follow-up.
