The challenge
House EX managed listings in spreadsheets and answered enquiries from several messaging channels, so leads were often lost or answered late. Buyers, many of them abroad, also needed reliable detail on location, title status and payment terms.
What we built
We launched a portal on Vega Real Estate with structured listings, map-based search and enquiry forms that route each lead to the responsible agent. Agents manage their own listings from a dashboard, and every enquiry is logged with its source.
