Vega Mobility Platform

Vega Mobility is a smart platform for managing taxi, ride-hailing and transport services. It addresses the problems of traditional transport head-on: riders waiting and searching for a car, fares that are unclear until the end of the trip, and operators who cannot document trips, earnings and reports with legacy tools.

The platform is three products working as one. Riders book in seconds, see the fare before confirming, track the driver live, pay by cash or card and book scheduled, airport and intercity trips. Drivers accept or decline requests, navigate on the map, go online or offline, log street trips and follow their daily, weekly and monthly earnings. Operators run everything from an admin dashboard: drivers, users, vehicles, live map tracking, fares, commissions, invoices and reports.

Underneath sit the engines a mobility business depends on: smart dispatch to the nearest suitable driver, dynamic pricing based on distance, time, demand, traffic and waiting minutes, instant notifications, secure electronic payments, and multi-language, multi-city operation from one dashboard. A corporate module handles employee transport with its own reports and permissions, an open API connects the platform to external systems, and optional AI tools add demand insights, dispatch suggestions and a support chatbot.

What is included in Vega Mobility?

Three connected products: a rider app for booking, tracking and paying; a driver app for requests, navigation and earnings; and a web admin dashboard for drivers, users, vehicles, live tracking, fares, commissions, invoices and reports. A corporate module for employee transport is also available.

How are fares calculated?

You set base fares by zone and distance for each ride category. Dynamic pricing can then adjust fares automatically for demand, time of day, traffic and waiting minutes. Riders always see the price before confirming, and intercity and airport trips can have their own pricing rules.

How does an operator make money with the platform?

Three ways are built in: a configurable commission on every completed trip; tiered subscription plans for companies and fleet owners, from core features to the full feature set; and add-on services such as promoted placement, API access, insurance packages and corporate transport. You decide which to use and how to set them up.

Can we run the service in more than one city?

Yes. Cities and regions are managed from one dashboard, each with its own zones and pricing, and the interface supports several languages. Intercity trips between cities and governorates are supported as a separate trip type.

How are requests assigned to drivers?

Smart dispatch sends each request to the nearest suitable drivers, based on location, availability and performance. The driver sees the distance, route and fare and has a short countdown to accept or decline, after which the request moves to the next driver.

Will the apps carry our brand?

Yes. The rider and driver apps and the dashboard are customised with your name, logo and colours and published under your own accounts. Features, ride categories and business rules are configured to match your market.

Does the platform include AI?

AI tools are available as options on top of the core platform: demand insights from your trip history, suggestions for tuning dispatch rules and zone pricing, a multilingual support chatbot for riders and drivers, and summaries of rider feedback. Suggestions are advisory; your team decides what to apply.
