Businesses come to us when the systems that got them here are slowing them down: a legacy application nobody wants to touch, a hosting bill that keeps rising, three tools doing the same job, or a digital project that has stalled. Our job is to understand the current state, recommend a direction with its costs and risks spelled out, and help you carry it through.
We are a software company first, which shapes how we consult. The engineers who review your architecture have built and operated systems in Laravel, Node.js, Nuxt, Next.js, Inertia.js and Flutter, with MySQL and PostgreSQL, run production workloads on AWS and Cloudflare, and manage delivery through GitLab. Recommendations are grounded in what is practical to implement and maintain with your team and budget, not in a generic framework. We have no reseller agreements with software vendors, so our vendor advice is independent.
A typical engagement produces concrete artefacts: a current-state assessment, an architecture review with prioritised risks, a digital transformation roadmap broken into fundable phases, a cloud migration plan for AWS with cost estimates, a security review covering access, backups and data protection, and a vendor shortlist with scoring criteria. We work to the documented processes of our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, with clear scope, review points and sign-off at each stage.

We are not a technology company. Is IT consulting relevant to us?
Usually more so. Schools, property firms, retailers and charities depend on software every day but rarely have senior technical staff in-house. We explain options in business terms, help you avoid expensive commitments, and make sure the systems you pay for fit the way you work.
Will you just recommend your own software?
Not by default. We compare off-the-shelf products, our own Vega platforms and custom development against the same criteria, and we show you the scoring. If an existing product is the better fit, we say so. You are free to take the roadmap to any vendor.
How long does an assessment take, and what do we receive?
The length depends on the number of systems involved, and we agree it with you before we start. You receive a written report, a prioritised list of risks and actions, a phased roadmap and a presentation session for your leadership team.
Can you migrate our systems to AWS without downtime?
For most web applications we can keep downtime to a short, scheduled window or avoid it entirely by running both environments in parallel, syncing data and switching DNS through Cloudflare. Every migration plan includes a tested rollback step.
Do you work with companies outside the UAE and Türkiye?
Yes. We are licensed in Türkiye and the UAE and work with clients in the Gulf, Türkiye, Syria, Europe and the USA. Workshops run remotely or on site, in Arabic, English or Turkish.
How do you handle access to our confidential systems and data?
We sign an NDA before the assessment begins, request read-only access wherever possible, use named accounts rather than shared passwords, and remove all access at the end of the engagement. Every step follows our documented ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
